Delivery Options
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery and can offer the following options:
- Standard delivery for orders under £200 = £6.00
- Standard delivery for orders over £200 = Free
- Next Day delivery (please order before 1pm) = £10.00
- Euro delivery = £15.00
- Rest of world delivery = £25.00

Refunds and Exchanges
Return an item
We will refund any new un-worn item within 7 days from date of purchase, excluding delivery costs, and cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until we receive them in-store – we recommend that you return via recorded delivery. New and un-worn refers to the item being returned to us in the same condition as when it was purchased – for example with all tags, stickers and packaging in tact. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at pallisers@mac.com or call the shop on 01284 753 575.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please check the delivery status of your item. It may be that we are able to cancel before shipment and thus not charge, alternatively, you may have to contact us to arrange a refund if your order has been processed.
Faulty Items
We will endeavour to ensure that all items shipped will be in excellent condition. However, should you have a query upon receipt of your item with regards to the quality, do please contact us and if there is a genuine fault, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item to us, and also arrange for the item to be refunded once we have received it back in store. For worn goods where you consider there to be a fault we ask that you contact us via e-mail pallisers@mac.com or call us on 01284 753 575 and we will try and resolve the problem as soon as we are able. Alternatively, return the item to us enclosing contact details and we will see if we can help.
