Amy has always worked in the shoe industry and has an in-depth knowledge of practical wearability and quality . Her current boot choice is Belstaff or Vic for all day and all weather comfort and her favourite shoe option is her pink Barkers Brogues made just for Scarlet - (only 12 pairs were ever made!)

Kate opened Scarlet 6 years ago after her despair at the High Street's choice of shoes. She has worked in retail since her Saturday job at 14 and has worked in Suffolk, London (Harvey Nichols) and in Australia - and always had an eye for making the most of how her customers look and feel. She believes in the value of £'s per wear and WOW factor and thinks shoes and boots can really change how you feel about yourself and really should be on prescription!
